Consent to the Processing
of Personal Data

The Data Subject

This Consent to the processing of personal data (the 'Consent') is given by an individual (the 'Subject') freely, of their own will and in their own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 'On Personal Data'.

The Consent is given to FRAM GROUP Wealth Management Centre LLC (PSRN 1267700027759, TIN 9719085391, 13-ya Parkovaya St. 26, bldg. 3, apt. 45, Moscow 105484, Russia; the 'Operator').

Categories of Personal Data

The Subject consents to the processing of the following personal data:

• Surname, first name and patronymic
• Email address
• Phone number
• IP address and technical device data
• Any other data voluntarily provided by the Subject when contacting the Operator

Purposes of Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Handling enquiries and requests received through the website and other communication channels
• Arranging and holding consultations and negotiations
• Performing contractual obligations
• Making settlements and accepting payments
• Sending informational messages related to the provision of services
• Complying with the requirements of Russian law

Operations with Personal Data

The Operator may carry out the following operations with personal data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (revision, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools.

Transfer to Third Parties

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, except where Russian law so requires or where it is necessary to perform a contract with the Subject (including transfers to payment services when settlements are made).

Validity of the Consent

The Consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn or until the purposes of processing have been achieved.

The Subject may withdraw the Consent at any time by sending a written request to welcome@fram.group or by post to: 13-ya Parkovaya St. 26, bldg. 3, apt. 45, Moscow 105484, Russia.

Withdrawal of the Consent does not terminate the processing of personal data in the cases provided for by Russian law.

Rights of the Subject

Under Federal Law No. 152-FZ the Subject has the right to:

• Receive information about the processing of their personal data
• Request that personal data be corrected, blocked or destroyed
• Appeal against the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court
