We handle complex and large-scale family matters — from international medical evacuations and intricate logistics to private events, rare artifact searches, and heritage projects.
About
Every family juggles several tracks at once: children and education, home and property, health, travel, personal matters, events. Each has its own deadlines, contractors, expectations and cost of error. The larger the life, the harder it is to hold everything together alone.
When tasks multiply, the familiar model of one contractor per function stops working. Each party covers their own piece — but coordination still falls on the family. At some point it becomes clear that what is needed is not another service, but a system that takes everything on.

A family should not spend its energy on what can be delegated without loss of quality.
How we work
We receive the requestWe understand what the family needs, by when and under what conditions. We clarify priorities and constraints.
We build the solutionWe select the right specialists, services, routes and options — tailored to the specific task and the specific family.
We manage the processWe negotiate, follow up, connect parties, hold deadlines and take the operational load off the family.
We deliver the resultWe verify quality, control the details and see the task through to completion — not just to the point of handoff.
We retain the family's contextWe record key inputs, habits and requirements. Each new request is handled faster and more precisely — because we never start from scratch.
A team of three
The family is looked after not by one person but by a team of three roles. The family has one chat for all requests.
Family Solutions ManagerBuilds the action plan, proposes the optimal solution, and thinks several steps ahead on behalf of the family.
Client Experience ManagerManages long-term interaction — preserving context, priorities and service standards from task to task.
Concierge Service ManagerExecutes tasks with quality, systematically and in the right format — coordinating people, timelines and details.
What the family gains
FRAM Group support is not 'another assistant' — it is a change in how the family spends its attention. Five concrete outcomes:
More time for business, family and personal life — routine and coordination move to the service side.
Confidence that any unusual request will be resolved — even if the task seems impossible.
Time savings: we work to your deadlines, not the contractors' convenience.
Every new solution is built on accumulated knowledge of the family — no repeated briefings, no lost context.
Peace of mind where the cost of error is high: crises, evacuations, complex logistics, private events.

Irina Khakamada’s interview with Sri Sri Ravi Shankar
Task
To organise, from scratch, an interview between Irina Khakamada and the internationally renowned Indian spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar during his brief visit to Russia. We needed to find a direct line to Irina Khakamada, interest her in the project, introduce the parties and make the meeting happen while meeting both sides’ demanding riders.
What was done
FRAM GROUP arranged the right introduction and secured the interview. The team then organised the filming within a tight timeframe.

A family encyclopaedia as an anniversary gift
Task
A special anniversary gift had to be secretly prepared for a highly respected person who had everything — something that would come as a complete surprise.
What was done
FRAM GROUP created a family encyclopaedia about the history of the lineage, its people and events. The project was prepared in strict secrecy from the person celebrating and assembled as a personal gift of great emotional and personal meaning, with a unique authored execution.
Result
Among the anniversary gifts was a Mercedes-Maybach. Yet it was the family encyclopaedia that he called the main gift — more valuable to him than the car. The book became part of the family heritage that will pass to the next generations.

A marriage proposal in the sky: a private jet from Moscow to St Petersburg
Task
A special marriage proposal scenario needed to be organised.
What was done
FRAM GROUP conceived and executed a private jet scenario in which a man proposed to his girlfriend en route from Moscow to St Petersburg, in the presence of close family members. Until that moment, none of the passengers knew the real purpose of the trip.
Result
A powerful impression and a complete surprise for the whole family. The event became part of the family history and remains one of its brightest memories.

The search for a rare volume of a Polish heraldic register
Task
A client wanted to find an original copy of a specific volume of an 1893 Polish heraldic register containing the coat of arms used by his ancestors. Two copies in good condition were needed: one the client wanted to keep, the other to give to his mother, since it was her lineage.
What was done
FRAM GROUP organised the search for original copies. We found one in an antique shop in London, the other with a private collector in Poland. Both were purchased and delivered to the client.
Result
The family received two original volumes of the Polish heraldic register connected to their lineage. The books became part of the family’s heritage and library.

International transport of a Leonberger: Mexico — Europe — Russia
Task
A large Leonberger dog needed to be transported from Mexico to Russia. The dog with its crate exceeded the maximum checked baggage dimensions on scheduled flights, and a private jet was ruled out as it was approximately 15 times more expensive.
What was done
FRAM GROUP did the groundwork: arranged vaccinations, rabies tests, two passports, customs declarations and other documents, and built complex air logistics with two connections in Europe: Cancún — Amsterdam — Warsaw, followed by road transfers Warsaw — Minsk — Moscow.
Result
The Leonberger was delivered from Mexico to Russia safe and sound.

International medical evacuation to Moscow
Task
A person in critical condition needed to be transported from Cyprus to Moscow on a medical jet. The task required a direct route without transfers, and the patient was connected to equipment throughout.
What was done
FRAM GROUP worked out the route, taking into account the need to obtain clearance for a direct flight of a European aircraft to Russia with Russian passengers holding Russian passports. It organised the medical jet and oversaw the entire operation.
Result
The client was delivered to Moscow. He survived, and that flight was not his last.

Saving a life during the pandemic in Sochi
Task
During the pandemic, we had to step urgently into a difficult situation and help a person who had been ill with COVID-19 in Sochi for several weeks. The situation was deteriorating but doctors were not acting. Help was needed at the moment he was already being moved to intensive care and put on a ventilator.
What was done
FRAM GROUP stepped in, intervening at the level of the Russian Ministry of Health, the Governor of Krasnodar Region and security structures, and also arranged the necessary decisions and oversight.
Result
The patient’s transfer to a ventilator was prevented, the deterioration was halted, and he recovered.

A client’s ancestor in a painting at the Tretyakov Gallery
Task
A client wanted to learn more about his peasant ancestors and asked for the broadest possible archival search, with a particular interest in photographs of ancestors.
What was done
During genealogical research, FRAM GROUP established that the client’s great-great-great-grandfather — a serf from the Ryazan Governorate — is depicted in a painting held at the Tretyakov Gallery. The painting’s author turned out to be his son, an artist and the brother of the client’s great-great-grandfather.
Result
A portrait of a direct male-line ancestor was found, dating to the 1840s — a time before photography existed and serfdom was still in force.

An expedition following the pre-revolutionary route of polar explorer Georgy Sedov
Task
A client wished to sail along the route of Russia’s first polar expedition, led by Georgy Yakovlevich Sedov in 1912–1914, towards the North Pole.
What was done
FRAM GROUP conducted years of archival research to reconstruct Sedov’s route and then organised the expedition: the charter and fitting-out of a sailing schooner, assembling a crew, securing permits from the Ministry of Culture, the Russian Arctic National Park and the border service, photo and video documentation, and full accompaniment.
Result
Sedov’s pre-revolutionary route was realised as a personal expedition project for the client to Franz Josef Land — the northernmost point of Eurasia.

A family crypt and the transfer of ancestral remains
Task
A client wished to create a family crypt in the Moscow Region and transfer the remains of relatives there from various regions of Russia. Some of the burial sites first needed to be located.
What was done
FRAM GROUP restored the necessary burial documents through civil registry offices and cemetery archives so that kinship and the right to carry out reinterments could be proven. The client saw some of the graves we found for the first time. FRAM GROUP then helped organise the transfer of the remains to the family crypt in the Moscow Region.
Result
The ancestral remains were gathered in a single family memorial place.

Compliance for a former top executive of a major Russian bank
Task
For many years the client held a senior executive position at a major Russian bank, but after 2022 he left the banking sector and turned to his own projects. When opening accounts at European banks, he was unable to pass compliance. The task was to help remove the reasons for the compliance refusals and to correct the information in the relevant international databases.
What was done
FRAM GROUP audited the client’s digital profile: search results and open sources, international databases and mentions in business circles. We then prepared the professional biography that was needed, with answers for compliance (what he does today, the origin of his capital and so on). At the final stage, information online was supplemented and corrected, including on Wikipedia, along with search results and international databases (World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis and others).
Result
The client received an updated digital profile with his current biography — the one compliance was interested in. In his subsequent applications to open accounts at European banks, compliance raised no further questions.

What this shows
Even if a person changed their professional role long ago, their digital profile may still be showing their past today. For compliance, it is not only documents that matter, but also which version of a person’s biography search engines, open sources and international databases see.
