A production yacht is always a compromise with someone else’s decisions: the layout, the cabins, the space for a helicopter and a tender. A custom yacht is built around how this particular family lives. Such a project takes years and is as complex as building a house and launching a business at the same time, and a mistake in the contract is measured in years and millions. We stand on the family’s side from the first sketch: we work directly with owners, shipyards and design studios, with no chain of intermediaries, and we hold the schedule, the budget and the quality.

Build supervisionAn owner’s representative at the yard: stage control, quality of work, changes along the way, trials and acceptance.
Flag, class and ownership structureChoice of flag and classification society, the legal and tax structure of ownership, insurance.
Crew and the first seasonWe select the captain and crew in advance, before the launch: they take delivery of the yacht with us and prepare the first itinerary.
